While the pre-work with designs and layouts can be around 1-2 months depending on changes of prints, etc. The actual ground breaking to move in with good weather, items delivered on time and things of that nature going smoothly will see you in your home in around 4-5 months.
No, Slavens Construction takes care of pulling all permits and safety measures such as calling 811. However, we will not apply for variances but can come to the hearings if necessary.
